Ordinance Accepting Dedication and Grant of Right of Way

Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Ostrander, Ohio, three-fourths of the members elected thereto concurring:

Section 1  That a grant of Right of Way for street purposes, as executed by Frank H. Sill and __ Sill, husband and wife, of the Village of Ostrander, Ohio, dated My 12, 1950, and the dedication of lands described in said grant of Right of Way to public use forever, be and the same is hereby accepted and confirmed, said lands so granted and dedicated to public use constituting a strip of land just north of Ostrander school grounds, and another strip of land just west of Ostrander School grounds - the same being land beginning with the dead end of Loveless Avenue and of equal width thereof, and extending west to the intersection of Fourth Street extended; also lands beginning with the present dead end of Fourth Street and of equal width thereof, and extending north to the intersection of said Loveless Avenue.

Section 2  That in order to provide for the general welfare of the Village of Ostrander, Ohio, this ordinance be and hereby is declared to be an emergency measure, and shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
